In particular, we applaud the inclusion of the bipartisan, bicameral Beneficiary Enrollment Notification and Eligibility Simplification (BENES) Act (H.R. 2477) in the Beneficiary Education Tools Telehealth & Extenders (BETTER) Act of 2019 (H.R. 3417).
