The Medicare Rights Center (Medicare Rights) is pleased to submit comments on the proposed Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2017.
These comments are informed by our experience working with Medicare beneficiaries and their families, particularly those approaching Medicare eligibility as well as individuals who erred while managing the transition to Medicare. Ensuring that older adults and people with disabilities receive appropriate notice and support to navigate the Medicare enrollment process continues to be a top priority for the Medicare Rights Center.
