Our response to this request is informed by our experience assisting individuals and their family members as they navigate the transition to Medicare, including for those aging into the program, those becoming eligible due to receipt of Social Security disability benefits (SSDI), and for those with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) who may apply for Medicare.
