Ricardo Nunez Francisco joined the Medicare Rights Center in December 2023 as a Client Services Associate. As a Client Services Associate, Ricardo assists beneficiaries on the Medicare Rights Center’s national helpline, assists with benefit enrollments, and conducts outreach to eligible individuals.
Prior to joining Medicare Rights Center, Ricardo was a Human Resources Specialist at Link Homecare, Inc. assisting caregivers with compliance guidance. Ricardo received his B.S in Computer Engineering Technology from New York City College of Technology. In his free time, Ricardo enjoys playing video games and watching movies.
