Cynthia Montesinos joined the Medicare Rights Center in June 2023 as a Client Services Associate. As a Program Coordinator, Cynthia assists beneficiaries on the Medicare Rights Center’s national helpline, provides supervision to Medicare Rights Center’s volunteers, assists with benefit enrollments, and conducts outreach to eligible individuals.
Prior to joining Medicare Rights Center, Cynthia was a case manager at Selfhelp Community Services in their Queens, NY location assisting seniors age safely at home and maintain their independence through different social services. She also managed the CDPAP department at Link Homecare. She received her B.S in Psychology and Biology from Stony Brook University. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys hiking, reading, and trying new recipes.
