Junko Anderson joined the Medicare Rights Center as a Communications Associate in 2023. As a Communications & Marketing Coordinator, he develops and distributes content to better inform the general public and professionals about Medicare. He is particularly passionate about the accessibility of materials for people with disabilities and non-English speakers.
Prior to joining Medicare Rights, Junko worked in peer-to-peer education on topics of sexual violence prevention and advocacy for neurodivergent and mentally ill communities. He has a B.A. in Politics from Occidental College. In his free time, he enjoys creative writing, crafting, and continuing his Spanish and Japanese studies.
